Roof Cleaning Amendment
The documents’ amendment allowing the HOA to clean the roofs was approved at our monthly meeting in February. The vote was 86 to approve and 13 against. We have contracted with Xtreme Clean to do the work. They are estimating a start date in late April or early May. Once a date is set, we will be emailing more details.
ProGreen, our new landscaping company, identified several major problems with our irrigation system. They have been making repairs the last few weeks and continue to check the entire system. The requests by homeowners that have been sent in should be fixed during this first work phase. If you continue to have a problem with your irrigation, please use the Contact Us form on our website as it is the best way we can assure the work gets completed.
