Landscape Improvements

April 2023 Update
Roof cleaning
Roof cleaning will start on or about 1 May. Two or three buildings will be cleaned a day. Notices
will be sent out shortly describing what each homeowner will need to do to prepare their
property.
Website changes
The website has been significantly updated and revised. Some information that was previously
missing has been added. Please see https://www.thodc.com/
Parking Restrictions
Please remember that parking on our streets is not allowed after 11 PM every night. When
parking during the day, be mindful of your neighbors and try not to block driveways. Specific
parking restrictions can be found in the rules, use restrictions, and documents on the website.
Landscape Improvements
Improvements to the common area landscaping were approved at our last meeting. We will be
upgrading the entrance signs, bushes next to the curbs, and replacing some Ficus bushes.
ProGreen will be making those changes during the next few weeks. This work was budgeted for
2023 and more improvements are planned.
Garbage
A reminder for everyone. All trash cans need to be put away, out of sight, by the end of the day
(1200 AM) of collection. Bulk pick-up is picked up on Mondays. It should not be placed in the
swale in front of your property prior to 6:00 PM on Sunday.
March 2023 Update
Roof Cleaning Amendment
The documents’ amendment allowing the HOA to clean the roofs was approved at our monthly meeting in February. The vote was 86 to approve and 13 against. We have contracted with Xtreme Clean to do the work. They are estimating a start date in late April or early May. Once a date is set, we will be emailing more details.
Irrigation
ProGreen, our new landscaping company, identified several major problems with our irrigation system. They have been making repairs the last few weeks and continue to check the entire system. The requests by homeowners that have been sent in should be fixed during this first work phase.
