Homeowners: The Board is currently researching mailbox replacement for the community. We are considering three styles of mailbox that are displayed below. Styles 2 and 3 are upgraded styles which cost approximately $350 more per unit.
We are also looking into installing awnings/ canopies such as the ones in the pictures below.
